Privacy Seawall

How Pensacola Seawall handles project requests, the planning tools, contractor sharing and how long request records are kept.

What happens when you send a request?

When you send the project form, we receive your community, concern, callback number and any details you add. We read the request and pass it to a local marine contractor so they can discuss the work with you. Do not enter sensitive personal information. The budget and condition tools run in your browser; exporting a summary creates a file on your device and sends nothing unless you choose to include it in a request.

What does a project request include?

The form collects the contact details and project observations you choose to supply: your community, concern, callback phone, an optional name and project details, and any planning summary you choose to attach. Pensacola Seawall is the responsible publisher. Privacy questions go to contact@pensacolaseawall.com. How long a request is kept is set out under retention below.

How is a request shared with a contractor?

The form carries consent explaining that your request may be shared with a partner contractor for the requested work. We pass each request to a local marine contractor, who may call or text you about the wall. Read the referral disclosure for how the service works.

Are advertising trackers installed?

No advertising analytics or shared tracking property is installed on this site. The hosting provider processes technical request data to deliver the pages and the form. Any analytics added later will be described in this policy first.

What should you keep private?

  • Do not include access codes, identity documents or financial account details.
  • Share private engineering or transaction files only through an agreed channel.
  • Obtain permission before sending another person’s contact details or photographs.
  • Store exported planning notes somewhere appropriate for the information they contain.

Retention and the current form

Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.

Optional tool and audience requests

Feature forms can additionally collect an optional email, property address, organization, transaction date, access notes and the project details you choose to enter. A selected warning-sign result or elevation comparison can accompany an explicit request. These are visitor-supplied observations and guidance, not verified inspection findings.

A neighbor invitation shares a random group code and the waterway or community name you enter. Anyone with the link can request to join. Do not put names, phone numbers or private addresses in that public community field. Public invitation checks reveal no member list or contact details. Deleting or expiring the organizer’s request disables its invitation; submitted requests otherwise follow the site’s stated retention policy.

Calculator and questionnaire answers stay on your device unless you explicitly include a summary in a submitted request. Preview forms do not send or save a lead. No advertising analytics or payment service is added by these features.
